ABOUT ME

I hate these questions. Not because I don't like to describe myself, only because I find it difficult to know what to write... I think you should meet me and see for yourself. And vice verca. :) But I'll write some lines, and you can get the general idea of me!

Politics is a passion, and I love a challenging discussion about nearly anything. I'm an atheist, but I study religious sience at university. I respect that people have different beliefs, and only want to learn more!
I'm almost always in a good mood, and have a genuine positive outlook on life. Except in the mornings, I'm not a very cheerful person in the mornings... But as long as I get my coffee I'm all good :) I'm a pathological crybaby when it comes to sentimental movies or tv-shows. Sorry, I can't help it!

I participate by offering my couch to those who wants to experience the genius lifestyle of couchsurfing, and I try to be the best host i possibly can be :)
My view is that I'm welcoming guests, and I'll do anything to make them feel welcome and at home. There is no difference in opening your home to strangers or family, everybody is equally welcome!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was a bit apprehensive at first, but it has been nothing but a joyeous journey!
I've been hosting here in Bergen, and recently I traveled to the US, my first trip on my own, and CS is the only reason I even thought of going off by myself. There are so many fabulous people out there and I want to meet you!

My passions: politics,sharks,kind people, sosial democracy, family and friends, Bergen,flannel bedding,cold beers,sweet people, conserts, watching people bump into things on the streets and laugh, bump into things on the street and laugh at myself, my bed,music, red wine,animals, chocolate,interesting people, perfume, kissing, sunsets and sunrises in the summer, movies, getting to know new people.

Dislikes: spiders, people who are repeatedly late for appointments, selfishness,intolerance, racism, homophobia, getting wet on my feet. The last three are not just things I dislike, I get pissed off.

I love norwegian music, spesically music from a wide range of bands from Bergen. My spotify playlist includes: lots of hip hop like Lars Vaular, Tungtvann,Beastie Boys, Run DMC, Jedi Mind Trics, Kelis, Missy Elliot, The Roots, The Streets and Saian Supa Crew. Electronica like Casiokids, Basement Jaxx and Røyksopp. And various like Robyn (my heroine),The Ting Tings, The Kooks, Mew, Lars Winnerbäck, Ida Maria, Fjorden Baby!, John Mayer, Datarock, MGMT and Muse.

If you can widen my dubstep and/or my electronica horizon, I will love you forever.

I love Allen Ginsberg, Jack Kerouac, Walt Whitman, Kate Chopin, Toni Morrison, George Orwell.

My favourite movies include: The Motorcycle Diaries, Juno, The Departed, Before Sunset, Shortbus, Hedwig and the angry inch, Vegas, Upperdog, Howl and Inception. And of course Batman (my hero).
