I am originally from Germany, but have lived in 5 different countries so far:

1) 1 year USA to learn English as part of a student exchange.
2) 4 years in The Netherlands since I studied there.
3) 6 months in Mexico for an exchange semester at our partner university.
4) 6 months in Spain for an internship.
5) 4 years in Ireland working.

I quit my job in May and am on a world trip right now, mainly through South East Asia. Most of the trip I will do with volunteer work through Workaway in order to meet locals (or other expats who lived there for a long time) and get real/authentic experiences. Sometimes I also use Couchsurfing if I just stay a few days in a place to meet with locals, get all their insider tips, find hidden gems, have games nights and enjoy conversations about anything.

I am a very clean, responsible, reliable, open minded, talkative and positive person. .

Since I am a frequent travel myself, I love to meet people from all around the world, especially locals of each country I visit. I have made lots of great international friendships.

As explained above I use Couchsurfing if I just stay a few days in a place to meet with locals (or other expats who lived there for a long time), get all their insider tips, find hidden gems, have games nights and enjoy conversations about anything. I also like to host travellers at my place whenever I am home.
