I'm from the north of the Netherlands, but currently living in Utrecht. I am very easygoing and open minded, also adventurous from time to time. I'm usually an active person, but can also be lazy from time to time. Just go with the flow!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I really like traveling, meeting new people, sharing stories and doing activities together. Right now I'm traveling by bicycle around Italy. I have camping gear with me but I've come to realise that October does not always have the best weather for camping, and there aren't as many people to connect with as there are in summer unfortunately.
Couch surfing is a great way to get to know people and their cultures.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like Indie, pop, rock, alternative, and a bit of hip hop here and there. Lately I've been enjoying Techno and House parties a lot as well. I buy books with the intention of reading them but I somehow never finish one. One of my favourite movies is Interstellar.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

In my graduation year, I found a way to combine doing my graduation project with traveling by motorbike to and in Portugal. It was an amazing experience, I got to know a lot of new people, and learned a lot from them.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I can teach English, Dutch, Frisian. I can share stories about growing up on a farm in a village of 70 people. I can also teach about helping sheep deliver lambs if you are interested in that :P

I make the best Tiramisu! :) If you ever find yourself in the north of the Netherlands, I am glad to show you around and offer a place to stay! We can share stories about many things. When traveling I make sure to bring a game or two that we can play. (You know, being a Game Designer and all..)
