I am Anja, originally from a small town in Austria, living in Vienna for now. I am working in different fields so usually the question "what do you work" is very hard to answer for me. What I love most is working with sound, offering gong baths. Besides my passion for traveling, getting to know the ways of how people are living and thinking, I love doing yoga and learning more about the philosophy. I am a nature enthusiast but also like the cultural clashes of cities. Music is life and a life companion!

It's one of those times where you learn most. Staying together with local people, getting to know their way of life and cultural habits and exchanging with each other is a lot of fun and creates always good stories to tell!

MUSIC
I like bands like Ocean Alley, Dope Lemon, Sticky Fingers, Crooked Colours, Bon Iver, Glass Animals, Steaming Satellites, Manu Chao... electronic music such as Moderat, Jon Hopkins, Kiasmos, Maribou State etc.
And I love kirtans, playing my harmonium and chanting, medicine songs,
ok this could go on forever :)

BOOKS
well that escalated when I bought a kindle so I am always reading a few books at once.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

there can not only be one single thing :)
I was spontaniously speaking to 100 of myanmar kids when my bike broke in front of their school and they begged us to talk to the students;
I watched wild elephants cross the street in Sri Lanka, snorkeled with a huuge mantaray in Indonesia and saw the kommodo dragons in Flores!
Hitchhiking in Japan was also an awesome experience :)
