HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I travel I'm mostly too disorganised to surf but I've met up with quite a few people all over the world for drinks through the CS network. Now that I'm looking for work and a place to settle for a while, I'm looking forward to being a host.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One of my oddest experiences has been going in front of a Chinese local government board and making a speech pretending to be the Australian architect of a proposed new housing estate in the suburbs of a Chinese city. All done as a favor for a friend. At the end of the day I was given the equivalent of about £150 and taken for dinner to the best restaurant in town.

Victimless illegal activities are always fun!
