ABOUT ME

Before you continue reading please hear me out. As you may see from my request replied to % it is quite low. Please don't be put off. We have had to take some time out from couchsurfing as we had renovation work going on in the house we rented, then we decided to move, so all in all no real time.

I dislike describing myself, i don't want to sound big headed, yet don't want to sound like a shrewd, so how about i tell you that i consider myself a humble and easily approachable person. I am open and free, yet can be reserved and contained. i can give love, but also receive it and willing to be taught as well as learn.

Born in Scotland where i have lived most of my life, i hail from Edinburgh. i spend a lot of time in the hills climbing or walking or biking, and i love all sports which main purpose is not to win. its all about finding self release in the sports you enjoy.

Spreading the word of couchsurfing through friends, family and random travelers. I try to offer my couch to anyone who may need to use it be it for 1 night or more.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have shared a bed with a Filipino transfestite in cambodia, i have crossed deserts with new friends, i have ventured down unknown roads, i have been shown there is more to this world and i have made incredible unforgettable relationships.

I am also a book fiend, i love to read.My favourite genre is mountaineering and such sport related ones. I like to understand why the human race needs to feel they need to be better than someone else.....

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

The most amazing thing i have been privvy too is the overwhelming consideration and acceptance the Mongolian people have for you. They will go out of their way to help you and there is no way of describing how humble they are. i love mongolia, have all the time in the world for the country and the people.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I want to learn how to be a better person and to understand many many more cultures. I'd also like to learn Russian.

I have many practical skills to teach from tying knots to rock climbing, sailing, hill walking, mountain biking or maybe just even relaxing.
