Hey I'm a Kiwi living in Vancouver,Canada. I've been living there for 7 years and love it.
I like meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, travelling, snowboarding, trying to surf, doing fun things.
I enjoy the mountain and the beach. I love just randomly stumbling across a new place - be it a small bar with live music, secluded beach, cool little cafe etc.

I use to be known as a bit of a backpacker back in the day, I have been very lucky to travel to some amazing places around the world.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Not actually couch surfing or hosting at the moment. Being part of the community meeting new people when travelling solo is why I'm here.

Intereses

Snowboarding, travel, craft beer, watching sport (Rugby, Hockey, NFL) trying new things, being on the beach, just getting out there!
I enjoy going to concerts, festivals etc. Been a bit slack in 2016 though, I didn't even get to a single one.
I enjoy keeping fit and am pretty happy with my Class Pass membership which I joined just recently.

Música, películas y libros

Oh man most music floats my boat. I'd say that indie, rock and house more so than the others. Love my music festivals where you get a bit of everything.

Books ahh like Shantaram, Marching Powder, Kite Runner most stuff by Wilbur Smith and John Grisham are easy enough to read. Realy need to expand my list and am open to suggestions, I find it hard to find the time if not travelling or on holiday.

Shows I like House of Cards, Homeland, Narcos, Westworld, Game of Thrones, The Fall

Algo increíble que he hecho

I've been pretty lucky to do a few things it's hard to pick one. Some highlights are:
releasing turtles in Mexico, riding camels in Morocco, jumping out of a plane back home in NZ, Visiting Petra in Jordan, Carnival in Rio.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

Good conversation, travel stories, respect for their space and belongings. Not really something to brag about but I'm pretty good at cleaning dishes haha
