ABOUT ME

I work seasonally as a Field Paleontologist at Hagerman Fossil Beds National Monument in Hagerman, Idaho. During the past months August-February I worked at McMurdo Station, Antarctica as a General Assistant. I play guitar in a Ska-Punk band from Idaho called SKiTTiSH iTZ.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe anyone can achieve their dreams as long as they try. I also believe that people are free to be whoever they want to.

I listen to a variety of music. Mostly punk and folk. I like The Bouncing Souls, Millencolin, Tiger Army, Andrew Jackson JiHaad, Steve Martin and much more. My favorite book is 1984 by George Orwell.

Going to school was one of the most difficult things for me to do. My family was dirt poor and had absolutely no way of paying my tuition. My good grades in High School allowed me to apply for grants and scholarships that payed my tuition.

I think the experiences I had growing up really set my perspective on life away from a lot of people. I grew up around a lot of drug and alcohol abuse and it made me realize that I am in charge of my own life and I am in charge of how I live my life. Having this mentality has really opened a lot of doors for me.
