ABOUT ME

I´m finishing my studies in translatology at Charles University in Prague, still deciding if I´d be rather a translator or an interpreter. I come from Brno, the second biggest city in Czech republic - and I´m big fan of it :-)
Even if I would like to say that I´m an easygoing, party type, I´m not quite as much as I´d like to be sometimes. I´m rather shy and motherly and I care too much when I shouldn´t, but I like to have fun too :)
I don´t smoke, don´t like beer (unlike 90% of Czech republic) and I´m not allergic - in fact, I like cats and dogs, even spiders, so no problem :)
I dare say I´m interested in a lot of things, even though I´m not a specialist in almost anything - but it´s fun to learn new things :-)

I´m currently at erasmus in France (Angers), so I can´t host anybody, but when I return, this will hopefully change...at least we can go to some beer/wine/tea etc. :)

Interests

I´m fan of bollywood dance and indian culture, american TV series (Big bang, HIMYM etc.), anime films, rock and alternative music. I make jewellery (my latest and strongest interest), I like hiking and cooking, reading, dancing, squash, sitting in tea rooms, photographing, sightseeing (if there´s not too many tourists).
I´m a fan of fantasy, role playing games and larps.

Movies and series: Big bang, HIMYM, Dexter, Monty Python, anime series; movies: Miyazaki, fantasy films, drame, romance - not very fond of war and action movies.
Music: Alanis Morisette, Blackmore´s night, Dido, Eric Clapton, Fiona Apple, Sting, Tracy, Varttina, all kind of indian and irish music and many more...
Books: in love with Neil Gaiman and his Sandman, Terry Pratchett, Robert Fulghum, Haruki Murakami + classic (Jane Austen, for example).
