ABOUT ME

I like to hang out with people and take some time. Sometimes I DJ. I want to play in a band. But most of the time I go to school, and read the newspaper, and talk about this or that. A few times a week I sell music and movies at a record store. And I love my friends and enjoying Oslo with them.

I have one older brother who teaches, a dad who rides his bicycle, and a darling mother who knows how I feel. I like galleries, sound and silence, outside art and ice cream.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I studied in NYC, some of my classmates got to know some CS people, and I never saw them happier than with those guys! So I figure CS people must be good people. I haven't couch surfed though, yet. But I believe in CS and a social, low budget way of travelling.

Interests

Music: I tend to like tough women and honest men. But also the other way around.

Movies: Wes Anderson, Jim Jarmusch, Sofia Coppola. Almost anything with Michael Cera or Bill Murray.

Horses: to ride and look at (and pet).

Writing: in all forms. But mostly in Norwegian.

Radio: making and listening to. I had a really good time working at the student radio in Oslo, Radio Nova. Right now it's difficult to combine it with school, but this fall I'm going to give it a go again.

Reading: often debut books by young Norwegian authors, newspapers or magazines.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time I was sitting on the edge of a cliff in Varkala, India. Far out in the ocean I saw a whale dive. Neat.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach creative writing. I can talk about photography. I can stirr the sauce if you know how to cook.
