ABOUT ME

I am a 26 year old Mother of a 5 and a half year old little girl who asks questions all day, questions such as "do sperm have souls?"
I have a bit of a sarcastic streak, but like to think i am funny about it!
I have an irritating phobia of vegetables. I want to like them, but i just don't. It might be a texture thing.

I have just returned home from the adventure of my life, a 3 and a half month trip around Europe. It was seriously indescribable. The people I met, the places I saw, the food i ate, the booze i drank...i could go on and on.
It's a mindf#ck to be back, trying to get back into the swing of having responsibilities again.
It was a wonderful thing to experience couchsurfing first hand, and I cant wait till i can host my very own surfer.

Enjoy putting a smile on someones face, because smiles are infectious. So is laughter.
Try not to feel defeated even when everything seems utterly f#cked. Something good will come again soon
I live my life for my child. I want her to grow up and know that anything is achievable, but no one is going to do it for you. I want her to see if there is a wall there is always a way over, under around or through it.
There is no reason to conform. Unless it makes you happy.

I have hosted, but can't at the moment due to lack of couch. I need to start going to Melbourne meetings....

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed in a tent at 2008 Berlin Beach Camp, (next goal, get to BBC 2009) and stayed at a wonderful hosts place in Munich. Thanks again Norbs!
Also met different couchsurfers in Munich at gatherings and daytrips.
Have hosted a few people, and gone on a couple of road trips.

Movies I have enjoyed include Juno!! Team America, Memoirs of a geisha, The Notebook, Harold and Kumar,
I love Footballers Wives the series, and was shattered when they canceled it. The same with Arrested Development, sheer brilliance.

Delivered newborn babes. So beautiful.
Watched a sunset from a hot tub on the balcony of a bure in Fiji, while drinking Baileys on Ice.
Stood on the slopes of Mt Remarkable In New Zealand. I have never been so high in my life!
Drank water from a glacier
Ridden a horse for 3 days through mountains
White water rafting in the Swiss Alps, I was the only one who fell in. Rafting was followed by jumping into a blue lake with a temperature of about 4 degrees celsius

Being able to forgive and be forgiven is a virtue that not everyone is blessed with.

Gotye! This is the best music in the world and i encourage you to look for it and listen.

I would really love to learn how to cook, If anyone feels like giving me a cooking lesson!
