Hello! I'm Skye. I'm from Sydney, Australia, have lived much of my life in various countries around Europe and have just moved back over for the foreseeable future. As most other people on couchsurfing presumably do, I love meeting other people when traveling and prefer a couch and glass of wine or two with some interesting people over a bed in an overpriced hostel. I'll be traveling around until September when I'll be settling in Lyon for a while to learn French.

I spend almost every spare second I have doing something active outdoors. I love adventures of almost any description and have a number of active pursuits at any given time. I also have a large appreciation for live music, red wine, good coffee, home cooking, reading, dancing and singing sea shanties.
