My name is Skye. I am a 36 year old, female. Zimbabwean born but been living in England for over 15 years. I enjoy travelling. I am a (forensic) psychologist in training/ visual activist and part of the LGBTQI community. I care about human rights and the environment we live in. I am quite creative. My life is filled with art, music (vinyl) antiques, vintage and literature (books) and cooking for people. I am a really good cook and love to entertain or care for others in that way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Not only is it cheaper but it also allows me to meet and connect with new people (which I absolutely love) and explore/ experience new cities like a local. So as to experience a more unique/ genuine/ real local experience I try to stay away from tourist hotels. I also enjoy opening my own space to other people, creating a home or a place of peace/healing and connecting with new people.
