ABOUT ME

I spend much time observing, observing myself and I love to perceive the world. According to that I love to wonder and wander around. A close friend, who is sitting next to me in this moment of writing, just described me as warm and openhearted.
I'm aware of my life as a practice for calmness, love and allowance of everything that is, especially emotions. While living, I try to remember that ;-)...
... and, most of all, staying connected with my heart.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Amazing things linger around in eyery little moment just waiting for you and me to discover and recognize them. So there are so many beautiful moments I already shared. And maybe it's the sharing of moments, which makes them amazing. Sharing them with a person or a place. Especially, to feel the (heart-)connection to other beings and the surrounding world.
