I practised different martial arts for several years, as well as football and hockey.
Now it's gym and reading.

Philip K. Dick is one of my favourite writers, although for quite a while I am reading only books, documents and scientific papers regarding ontology and the study of consciousness.
Among the authors I am reading, I can mention David Hawkins, Bernardo Kastrup, Rupert Spira, Peter Levine, and Vivian Dittmar.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Basically the entire Ha Giang loop in northern Vietnam by motorbike in only two days and solo.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Conversations about everything! I'm very curious and I like to listen, but it has to be interesting for both, that is why I enjoy conversations that flow naturally and not the ones when I am just listening all the time.
I can also cook well, I guess, you know, just to keep up with the Italian stereotype :P
