One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Flying the French Pyrenees Mountains last year! I was hiking in the Pyrenees and saw a perfect mountain to fly from! I hiked over there and there they were! A bunch of French pilots! They let me rent a wing for 25 Euro's a day!! I got to fly with some of the best pilots in the world And see the beautiful Pyrenees mountains from above!!!

I was trekking the Indian himalayas for 10 days by myself, in the Spiti Valley. I came across a remote monastery where Tibetan monks have been living for over 1,000 years! I stayed in their temple with them for three days (actually slept in a room right outside the temple, but got to go to their "Puja" ceremonies everyday!)!

I was hitchhiking in France near Aix-en Provence. I was about to give up and camp when a french family picked me up! They took me to their house, cooked me dinner, gave me a shower, and my own room! We had "french breakfast" together the next morning and then they gave me a ride back to the highway! They were such a sweet family!! I hope I can house them in the States someday!!
