About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To explore and get to know people/places/cultures

ABOUT ME

I'm from New York City, but I went to college in Saint Louis, Missouri and I'm currently living in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I came to Buenos Aires with a scholarship to study Argentina's open immigration policy. I like discussing politics and understanding the politics of other countries has helped me shape my opinion about the U.S. At the moment, I'm trying to take advantage of all the time I have in Argentina to travel -- I'm looking forward to meeting people through Couchsurfing in South America!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that in time everything will fall into place.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I am traveling through South America, so I have been using Couch Surfing as a way to meet people and to get to know places through the people that live there. I am planning on hosting as soon as I have a stable apartment in the US.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only had great experiences through CouchSurfing -- from having a fabulous host in Austin, Texas to staying with extremely welcoming families in Cordoba, Argentina. It has showed me that it is easy to travel, as long as you have an open mind.

Interests

My interests are not out of the ordinary -- I love cooking, film, dance. I like creative nonfiction -- I just read two really interesting articles in the New Yorker about the French president Sarkozy and about the the U.S.'s involvement in Jamaica.
