COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had surfers stay with me. I have stayed with other surfers while on a trip to Russia with my daughter 5 years ago and had incredible surfing experiences last summer traveling with my son throughout the Netherlands and Germany. All the experences have been wonderful. It is such an enriching experience to get the true flavor of a place and it's culture while making real connections with those that you stay with along the way....I just Love it!

I enjoy being outdoors, hunting, fishing, all water sports, sailing, scuba diving, skiing;water & snow, snowmobiling and motocycle touring. I love doing woodwork...building things. I have done much of the construction of the home that is on Shell Lake. I manufactured the woodwork from rough cut cherrywood. It is of the victorian style. Above all else I love to travel. Love exploring the world!

I enjoy lots of different music. I listen to alternative most of the time. I really enjoy the new alternative music as much as the older.

Captained a 42 foot sloop for 3 weeks while on holiday in the Virgin Islands.

I do happen to own a beautiful piece of property with a small cabin that looks over a small lake. I love sharing it with others that can appreciate the beauty of that sort of thing. I love spending time there watching the wildlife. I just built and installed 2 new Wood Duck Houses on the Lake and am anticipating the return of the Hooded Magansers and Wood Ducks! I am a seeker. Believe in a universal greater being! I meditate for relaxation.
