PHILOSOPHY
There is no need for temples, no need for complicated philosophies. My brain and my heart are my temples; my philosophy is kindness.
- Whilst it sounds perhaps slightly pretentious, the idea is solid. So there!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
When down on my luck and stranded in the UK due to some friends not being able to host my any longer than I had originally anticipated, I looked towards Couchsurfing and decided to give it a shot.
Within hours I had a whole week settled and could rest assured in having a place to stay and meeting interesting and exceptionally friendly people to boot.
I've since vowed that, when I settle down at some point, to pay it forward and open up my house to any potential couch surfers that are making their way through the Netherlands.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Very little thusfar, but it has been extremely positive. I could not be more impressed by the kindness and generosity of the people involved.
