ABOUT ME

I am a single father of an absoulutely wonderful little girl. Senior Partner of two companies - a business software company, and an HR strategy consulting firm.

Passion for everything that surrounds me in life is extremely important. I have passion for my life with my daughter and passion for the contributions that I make professionally. Beyond these two priorities in my life, I take every opportunity to experience as much about the world and people around me that I can.

I love to have fun and adventure. Love to laugh and to make people laugh.

PHILOSOPHY

I have 5 philosophies that lead all decisions in my life:

Passion - have a passion for everything that I surround myself with.

Vision - know where I want to be with all aspects of my life, and enjoy the journey towards this vision.

Believe - in myself and in those around me.

Respect - for all! All people, all creatures, all beliefs/cultures/religions/bac kgrounds.

Balance - Ensure my life has balance between my duty towards myself, those in my inner circle (family), and to the world community.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My willingness to participate is both as a "Couch" and as a "Surfer". My home is open to those that want to experience one of the fastest growing communities in Canada. Again, I am new to the family, but I will update my profile over time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never enjoyed couch surfing. The travelling that I have done has been through more traditional avenues such as package deals. However, every time I travel to other countries, I never spent time on the resorts because I want to travel into the small towns and rural areas to experience the culture of the country.

Interests

Reading, travelling, meeting people, billiards, golf, hiking, going on adventures, dancing, sitting on a patio with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies - I will watch almost all types of movies, but I only watch them once.

Music - R&B, hip-hop, latin, country, rock, alternative, classic rock, blues. Not a huge fan of opera or classical

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me, it is not about that "one" wild thing that I have done. Afterall, that story can get quite boring after you have repeated it a hundred times. Life is about a variety of adventures and spontaneous moments that can be shared.
