About Me

If I could say anything about me, it would be that I'm an adventurer. I believe life is meant to be lived exploring the people and places around you! So with that being said, traveling holds a huge place in my heart. I love discovering new places and learning about it's history and I also love meeting new people and discovering their history!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couchsurfing because I'm a college student! I don't have all the money in the world to do my favorite thing (travel), so I'm excited to see what this site is all about. I'm also couchsurfing because like I said before, I love meeting new people and learning their story!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love really any type of music. The fact that someone is passionate enough to do something about it (like create music) is really meaningful for me. But on a practical note, I love singer songwriter, folk, indie, and even some pop. Don't judge me!
I have way too long of a list when it comes to movies. I love everything from rom coms to thrillers. Some of my favorites are: Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Barefoot, Country Strong, and The Fundamentals of Caring.
As for books, I love mystery novels. But my all time favorite book is The Gift of Imperfection. Hands down one of the most raw, beautiful, impactful books I've ever read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To be completely honest, I feel like my life has been one amazing moment for me. I'm doing things I absolutely love everyday and I genuinely feel like that even the small things impact my heart.
But when I really think about it, one thing is highlighted. I went to Cambodia about a year ago and worked in an orphanage. There were so many incredible things that happened on that trip, from combing through over 100 kid's hair to get out lice and seeing them smiling because their heads were no longer scabbed over and itchy, to going to the red light district and being a part of a team that rescues woman from sex trafficking. It was an epic trip that caused my heart to fall in love with people all over again.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I'm not the best at cooking but I am incredible at making homemade chicken nuggets! Haha, my roommates and I make them every week and have a blast doing so.
I'd honestly love to learn more about people. I think everyone has their own story and it's so interesting to me to hear where they've come from.
I'd love to share my life message. It's about walking in your true identity and loving yourself. There are far too many people in this world fighting to be someone else, when at it's best, you'll be a poor copy of someone else's highlight reel. You were born to be beautifully you and I can say from experience, when you're fully yourself- you're fully alive.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share countless stories of miracles, hope, and love. My story and some of my best friends stories are beautiful and redemptive and I believe that's what this world needs more stories of- hope.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, Canada, Taiwan
