Life's to short to muck around in the weeds. I make an effort to live happy and healthy. I work hard and love my work, some days its a little stressful but i don't let it get the better of me. I like the heat of it.

I'm intrastate in Travel and knowledge. Food, wine, literature, music,love, live, challenges, hope. Im amazed by the world, by the positives that are so high and the negative that run so very deep.
Ok food.. it's very important to me.. and the rest of the world.. It nurtures us, keeps us going. It can challenge, frustrate and make me scream! But it also makes me happy.. To make others happy with my cooking is what makes me tick. Im fully happy to cook, serve, dish wash, poor drinks just to watch people feast and celebrate a gathering.. what ever excuse we find to gather!
Music, Movies, and Books
Ive always tried to list my favorite things but it robs value from one thing I love and gives it to another. But generally I like things with strange, esoteric humor. My heats fills with joy when some good jazz or classical come on. I'm getting into electronic indie lately and will always be down with blues.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Being on my own in Peru and Bolivia, it changed the way I approach many situations and people. Its easy to talk to people now, after being freaked out and food poisoned in La Paz, life is eazy.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well I love to cook and teach about it. To cook together in my kitchen and talk, breath, eat and live food! Conversations on personal philosophies are great, so often have I changed the way I look at a subject after hearing a point of view.
