ABOUT ME

I´ve lived in different countries and always had big international groups of friends. Now its time to do the same in Madrid!
I haven't been in Spain too long but I'm enjoying life here a lot and would like to discover lots more with fellow couch surfers.
Although I left Scotland more than 10 years ago, its only now that I really have the time to travel - and I intend to take advantage of it :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven´t surfed yet. I have friends that have, love it and I cant help noticing that they are traveling everywhere!

兴趣

I love being outdoors, especially walking in the mountains, running and cycling. You know all that healthy stuff...
...on the other hand I also really (really) like going out in the evenings to bars and clubs, watching movies and eating really unhealthy stuff (hey I´m Scottish).

crash, children of men, v for vendetta, Jurassic park, dodge ball: a true underdog story, borat, trainspotting and SiCKO
on my mp3 player just now:
arcade fire, arctic monkeys, bloc party, the cribs, dizzee rascal, feeder, franz ferdinand, the fratellis, glasvegas, gnarls barkley, gorillas, killers, lcd soundsystem, libertines, proclaimers, spoon and the white stripes. (and stephen colbert - i am america and so can you!)
and recommend these books:
Senor Vivo and the Coca Lord, The War of Don Emmanuel's Nether Parts, complicity, east of eden, grapes of wrath, birdsong, the new confessions, cloud atlas, his dark materials, the sun also rises and the god delusion!

I´ve been chased by the mafia in bulgaria, been in a sinking boat in the middle of the amazonian rain forest, swinging from a 60m cable over the Caribbean sea.

I crashed a spacecraft into the moon....
