Overview
About Me
Ciao, belli! I am a graduate student living in Florence, Italy. I study graphic design by day and cultures and people by night. I play piano, I eat my weight in whatever appeals to my taste buds, I sing (in the shower and otherwise), I love to laugh with old and new friends alike, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE dogs. There are about a million other things I could share about myself, but I'd much rather share those in person.
I'm originally from Serbia but grew up in the United States. I consider myself a citizen of the world and would love nothing more than to see every square centimeter of it before I die.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Since I moved to Florence for school, I've been trying to travel a lot more because Europe is...Europe. I am, however, on a student's budget, and I believe that a true travel experience would be incomplete without making new friends and immersing oneself into the local culture. From what I've heard, Couchsurfing is a great way to accomplish that without breaking the bank.

Music, Movies, and Books
Classical, classic rock, blues, jazz, metal, gospel, trap, Serbian folk music (I know, I know), Russian folk music, really ANY folk music.
V for Vendetta, Django, John Q, Inglorious Basterds, Hannibal Lecter series.
The Stranger, Room With a View, The Jungle, Lord of the Flies, anything by Kurt Vonnegut.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I won a piano concerto competition when I was 17 years old and my prize was playing with the Las Vegas Philharmonic orchestra. No words. Really. Once in a lifetime experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
I will gladly teach you to play the piano, sing, dance, speak Serbian, or make crepes.
I'd like to learn whatever you know that I don't. Bill Nye once wisely said, "Everyone you will ever meet knows something you don't."
What I Can Share with Hosts
My experiences and my humor. I love them both. I haven't done nearly as much traveling as I would like, but I hope that I can change that in the near future, so hopefully, you will want to share your time with ME.
