ABOUT ME

I grew up in the Mojave desert, one mile outside of an old silver mining town called Calico. I spent 18 years suriviving sandstorms, 80 mile an hour wind gusts, flash floods, lightning storms, psuedo tornados (wimpy but can still send a large car tire through a window once in a while), and extreme dry heat, oh and it snows too... icy/hot but therapeutic, not. I left this place with a humble attitude towards life and continue to maintain this attitude on my journeys... what a joy it is to be alive folks...

PHILOSOPHY

Be humble and open to new ideas but never stop questioning. Your body is your temple, treat it well...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like networking, meeting cool new peeps across the globe, i'm very nomadic at heart, but home base is california north coast. I like experiencing different scenes, cultures, and ideas that redefine my own.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just had an awesome experience in southern oregon. I was trying to make it to a music festival in salem, so i couched surfed for a week, meeting friends of friends of friends. Got where I needed to go...It was awesome!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like the marx brothers, some good oldies, cheesy 80's flicks, ridicules horror movies with lots fake blood and obvious effects, and good comedy once in a while.

Boards of Canada, Aphex twin, Primus, Ella Fitzgerald anything funky, anything that can get my body moving...

Books: Hunter S. Thompson, alfred jarry, tennesee williams, anais nin, chuck palahnuik, any good graphic novels, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Gone to some amazing festivals; Emerg+n+see 09, Health and Harmony, earthdance, benbow music and arts, Symbiosis, Burning Man...etc.

I've organized huge parties with a group of amazing artists and musicians where we put up art, had live music, djs, circus performers, etc. I've traveled though out the southwest and northwest US.

I've toured as a roadie with a propane flame effects production and as driver and photographer for a sideshow. I went to Europe once when I was 14 with my mom and again by myself when I was 24. I have family in Germany and France. It's kind of hard to sum up.. I've seen and done lots of cool things. and I will continue to do so...

I used to be in a circus; i can juggle, spin fire, and i do partner acro yoga. i'd love to learn more. i'm open to anything, i love sharing music,
