ABOUT ME

I´m friendly and talkative person, I love books, writing letters, art museums, photographing, music, knitting... and travelling of course! I think idea of this site is great, as I enjoy more to meet people when travelling; the country opens in better way with a local friend. I am happy to meet new friends, and learn about other cultures and way of life. I don´t always have much free time, as I go around and am active with many things all the time, so I can´t guarantee for every visitor, but I would be happy to share my home sometimes with a nice traveller with similar interests or anyways a friendly one willing to come here. :) You´re welcome to ask, and I´ll do my best. Also it would be nice to visit to someone, when I´m travelling! :D

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live my life the way I wouldn´t harm anyone but make a pleasand memory of myself. I think it´s great advice for life to treat others what you´d like to be treated yourself. :)

My first experiences were extremely positive, and I hope there will be many more. :)

兴趣

At first I´d describe myself as a bookworm. I read as much as get chance, and addicted to writing since early childhood; I write stories, poems, diary, letters to my penfriends (what a lovely hobby!) and so on.

I like listening music and also try to learn to play it. I have several musical instruments, so if you can play music I´m happy to listen or try to play along! :)

I am artisan and enjoy making clothes and textiles; I relax with knitting or crochet, and make most of my clothes myself. Still I do it mostly as hobby, than a daily work, though I´d really like to be a textile artist! :)

I like to walk in nature, take photos, and I love all cute little details! I´m not too sporty, but like to swim (in the lake in summertime, sometimes in winter too, even in hole in the ice!) and go walks and biking. Going to see movies makes me in great mood, but I also like to watch dvd´s. I haven´t much time for tv, but I watch Grey´s anatomy, Bones, How I met your mother and some other series regularly!

I love to travel, whenever I get chance (It depends a lot about combination of my time&money situations...) but I also feel comfortable at home. Meeting friends and family quite often is part of my life. I like children and animals, though I sadly have none myself.

I also like cooking and baking, and am interested to learn new recipes.

音乐、电影和书籍

Ooh, there are so many... To say it shortly, I enjoy most of romantic (maybe historical) drama movies with emotion, and sweet comedies. Also action, fantasy, thriller, psycologic horror, anime, even Disney films, but not very violent or bloody ones.

I like music of many kind; rock, pop, punk, indie, alternative, folk, classic, opera, musicals... Not so much of metal, techno or hip hop beat. I really love many musicals like Notre Dame de Paris, Rebecca, Elizabet, Wicked... Also the classic ones.

I love violin and cello music and go also to classic music concerts. I hope to learn to play music well some day. Lively irish folk music (it is actually not too far from finnish) is my dream to play some day.

Books... I like to read as much old classics as easy going chick lit too. It depends how I feel in the moment. I love for example Gone with the wind, Wuthering heights, Time traveller´s wife, books of Jane Austen, Torey Hayden, Joanne Harris, Jodi Picoult, Jennifer Weiner, Nora Roberts, Sarah Dunant, some fantasy like David Eddings´s older books, classy Lord of the rings, Harry Potters for sure (I loved Snape since the first book), old girl books by L.M.Montgomery and Louisa May Alcott, Shopaholic series and all Sophie Kinsella has written, and so, so many else... I will probably come to edit this later as I´ve forgot so much. ;D

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

There´s many in my life. I love to see northern lights (aurora borealis) and walking in old forest you feel the nature in certain way, which is wonderful. I have felt many art museums as an experience and love to visit in old palaces and think how people have really lived there once. Still, most of the best memories in my life are about people, not places. :)

I can teach finnish language a bit (well I´m not a teacher of grammary, but basics) and share ideas and thoughts. I can show how to make finnish food dishes and teach handicraft techniques.
