ABOUT ME

My wife an I are on a mission to make it down to Panama sometime in the next few months. We would like to stay away from the tourist stuff as much as possible, including hotels. We'd rather couch surf or find a good hostel to get a feel for the local flavor.

PHILOSOPHY

You have to live life to its fullest. You only have one shot so make it count. There is so much to see in the world and not enough time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a friend who couch surfed through Europe. She was suppose to be gone for 6 months, but had such a great time, she stayed there for 9 months. She totally recommends couch surfing. Also, some friends had some Germans over at their house from couch surfing. It seems like a fun way to travel to meet the local folks and avoid the tourist areas.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never couch surfed, although I have some friends that participate by providing a couch and traveling on other people's couches.

Interests
