About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Loving life, seeing the world, and meeting interesting and friendly people from all kinds of backgrounds

ABOUT ME

I like to hang out and have a good time in as many different ways as possible. Love all different kinds of people.

PHILOSOPHY

We were made to enjoy every moment of our lives to the fullest and love everyone we meet as much as reasonable/possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just joined up. Will probably be able to offer a couch when I move to a new apartment in Barcelona on Tuesday. My roommate Dan is also a couch surfer.

Interests

Music is my favorite thing in the world, although I have no talent and have yet to really learn to play any of the three instruments I've tried. I go to around 50 concerts a year a collect music from many diverse genres. Love the outdoors: camping, kayaking, skiing, climbing, etc. I'm a big fan of American college sports, especially football and basketball, specifically the Georgia Bulldogs and Indiana Hoosiers.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love many different jazz, rock, jamband, blues, soul, bluegrass, pop, folk, electronica, hip-hop and r+b artists from many different eras and countries. A few of my favorite movies are American Beauty, Royal Tenenbaums, Big Lebowski, and Rushmore. My favorite books are On the Road, A Confederacy of Dunces, and Crime and Punishment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Guess it's not one thing, but I've seen over 250 concerts all over America (and a few in Europe too) performed by many diverse artists and almost all of them was really special and unique in it's own way.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love talking about music with anyone who loves it too. I study psychology and religion and enjoy discussing both with people of all different backgrounds and points of view. I'm a big fan of history and love learning more from others.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Czech Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom
