About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My mission in life is to be the best person that I can be - I look to learn something extraordinary from every person I meet!

ABOUT ME

I'm very easy going and laughing is my favourite thing to do in the whole world! I love my life, my Husband Ben and our two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels Loki and Baxter.

After becoming unemployed in 2012 I took time off to travel Europe, The United States of America and Canada between May and August. I came back home with a new zest for life and found a PA job that I love working in the Insurance industry.

PHILOSOPHY

Cliché as it is - Everything in life happens for a reason. If you stress out, situations seem much worse than they actually are, so just take a deep breath - everything will be ok!

Most importantly, treat people how you want to be treated. No one ever gets anywhere in life being a nasty person!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I stayed on a couple of couches throughout my tour of the US and Canada in July and August 2012. I did hope to stay on more but did not hear back from alot of people that I sent requests to.

After I returned home in August 2012 I hosted a few couch surfers in our home, although not able to as much these days I do try and reply to all requests efficeintly!

Interests

I love postive people that don't take things to heart easily. - just going with the flow and rolling with the punches is the way I prefer to be!

I love the outdoors, especially camping. There is nothing more relaxing to me than to pack up the car and head up to the beach or the bush for a weekend to camp.

In 2012 I discovered what it actually means to live my life to its full potential and as a result have a very real perspective on what life should be all about - find something extraordinary in the ordinary every day!

The ultimate way I love to spend my time is in the kitchen, I love cooking and baking, I'm constantly open to trying new foods and new recipes, I have so many recipe books, and they all get used!
