Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In the past I loved to host, I really enjoy social living situations and thrived in Katimavik and JFR. My living situation has shifted to Cohousing, and I don't own my space. When I could host, I found it was a wonderful way to meet new people. It's a great way to both help others out and learn about new perspectives and what's happening around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted several amazing and incredible people, two of which actually became my roommates for awhile when they relocated to my city! I also had the pleasure of staying with some incredible people in Ottawa. Is it just me or are couch surfers all wonderfully open-minded and tremendously fun people?

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a hobby naturalist, my specialties are entomology and intermediate bird identification. I used to have a top bar bee hive and often have mini terrariums on the go to capture small pieces of the landscape and their tiny inhabitants. I'm currently learning about making yogurt!
