Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I still want to be a supervillain when I grow up.
ABOUT ME
Candied bacon. Delicious, like dog treats for humans.
PHILOSOPHY
My foremost intention is for people to call me a liar when I tell my true stories. Live a life reserved for fiction.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Mongolian hospitality is my guide. When I surf, I like to bring some tools with me for minor repairs so maybe I can leave the couch/house better than I found it.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Lvl 61 Paladin
Interests
Snow/skate/wake/skimboarding, paintball, woodworking, motorcycles, being excellent
Music, Movies, and Books
My three most played Pandora stations are Texas In July, Regina Spektor, and Celph Titled.
For movies and books, I like works of poorly-masked philosophy; Angelhead, The Stars My Destination, Equilibrium, Donnie Darko, His Dark Materials Trilogy, A Spell for Chameleon, Small Gods, Good Omens, Cool Hand Luke....
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'd say skydiving, but it was a bit of a let down for me. I'll have to try it again, this time without the tandem. I've seen lightning strike a tree right in front of me (I was in a dumptruck so no electrical damage to me). I built a steel-frame, two bedroom sustainable house with rainwater collection and solar panels in Tanzania in a span of 6 days. Most of the really amazing things I've witnessed so far have been displays of skill by others which I don't think counts quite the same.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm an electrician and carpenter by trade and will gladly indulge any open mind to pass on my skills.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can probably fix that.
