I am a people person. I love social interaction, but really I enjoy a good convorsation one on one with a person who has had different experiences then I've had more then anything. I try to commit myself to the wellbeing of others, both in my personal life and in my life's work.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have began to participate in social gatherings when I was in New Orleans. I am now traveling to Europe and then to Nepal and hope to begin building relationships with more surfers. I look forward to the time when I have a couch again to offer.

My favorite movie is "To end all wars".
Music I like spans a wide range but I have been on a bluegrass and blues phase for a while. Some of my favorite artists are the Osborn Brothers, Norman Blake, John Hartford, Eddy Vedder, Bruce Springsteen, Van Morisson, Dire Staits, Woody Guthrie, Jimmy Reed, Blind Willy Johnson, Odetta...

The current book I am reading is "Five Acres and Independence" a book about sustainable small-scale farming. One of my favorite books is the "Celistine Prophacy" and another is "To Kill a Mockingbird."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I learned how to spin wool on the steps of Mahatma Gandhi's Ashram home. I was beeing taught by his grandson who once lived in that very house with his grandfather.
