I am a second year international student at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Although I am originally Indian, my life has been all over the globe, having lived India, Zambia, South Africa and now the United States. I am an Economics major and hope to have a career in development economics so I can travel the world and help developing countries grow, and hopefully one day make a difference and change the world.

I had the opportunity to work with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Zambia where I interacted with refugees from Burundi, Congo, Rwanda, and helped counsel them. It was an experience that shaped me to become the person that I am today.
