ABOUT ME

I moved to CO to get out of the city and have a vast outdoor playground. I prefer exciting environments like the beach or mountains. If I must be in the city I prefer the ghetto. If I must be in the plains I drive faster. I care about people, am well socialized like my dog, and love outdoor activities. I have done a fair amount of travel abroad mostly in developing SE Asian countries.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to do all I can to help out fellow travelers, however at this time I live with 3 house mates, one of whom would not be into hosting. I am however very knowlegable about the Western Slope of Colorado and would love to introduce people to it or broaden their understanding. I have worked for the Forest Service and spent a considerable amount of time backpacking the trails and skiing the steeps.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just getting started on this page. Stayed on plenty of friends floors/ couches in the past. Urban camped in many cities with hobos on boxes.

Intereses

Finishing on this machine so I can go outside. Medicine and Science, rock music.

There is a great english school in Dumai, Sumatra that will put you up and feed you for volunteering. Good experience of traditional Indonesian life.

Conundrum Hot Springs via Triangle Pass (not the Aspen route) is a great hike on the Western Slope. Try Avalanche Lake outside Marble for more solitude.
