Overview
About Me
As I always used to say 'I'm still don't know who I wanna be when I grow up', but some time ago I've come to an idea of cooking. On a serious basis. And the only two things I've been doing lately is reading about culinary experiences and, well, cooking in a restaurant.
Other time I try to develop my knowledge in different spheres of science, art, religion, philosophy, history. Yes, that's why sometimes I'm a schmoe, a schmuck and a schnook, but most of the time I'm a nice guy.
The last working venue was in Sri Lanka, where my friends run a cozy place for tourists with 'European' food as a counterpart to local 'chilies everywhere'.
Right after Island me and my friend gone travelling through Asia and hit Malaysia, Singapore,Bali and Java in Indonesia, Macao and Hong Kong.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here because I like the idea of going out to haunt the city with those who know the inner beat of the streets. Because I like to meet, to learn and to make new friends. It gets all of us stronger somehow.
Interests
There are nothing specific about my interests. Yes, I like reading about chemistry of proteins in denaturation, but most of the time I'm a normal person with indifferent views on political system of Uganda.
Music, Movies, and Books
Mumford and sons is the beat, Forrest Gump is my eye catcher, Shantaram is the story.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach how to cook (if this can ever be possible to be learned fully) and to explain what's more important how and why things work in your kitchen.
