ABOUT ME:

Grew up in Chicago. Lived in NYC for 5 years. Currently in Tel Aviv getting a second degree in Philosophy.

I try and learn new things all the time. I'm passionate. I like to discuss and debate. I enjoy the city and nature. I have a tendency to overpay for hipster coffee without shame. I hate how as I'm writing this I'm realising, in spite of the fact that it is within the ABOUT ME section, how much I've used the word I.

MY FIRST COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE:

I was at Lollapalooza in Chicago, 2010, and struck up a conversation with a dude about my age. We had similar life experiences, and since he was in town visiting I invited him and his girlfriend over to sleep a few nights. He kept talking about CouchSurfing, so I promised him I'd try it out!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

When I was a baby I was present when the Berlin wall was broken down. When I was in my mom's uterus I stood on the Great wall of China!

But since those young famous days I've traveled a ton.

When I was 18 I picked up from my parents home and moved overseas for 3 years to serve in a special forces K-9 unit in the Israel Defense Force. It was a crazy experience, and we can speak about it. And if you're staying at my place, write ANDRA to get preference :-)
