ABOUT ME

I am leaving on my first major travelling trip in just over a month, and I cannot wait! Planning on going to the US, Belize, and South America, volunteering etc along the way.

I only just signed up, but I am hoping to mix with couchsurfers and stay on couches while backpacking next year

Interessen

I volunteer with under 18s, I just finished teaching drumming to a youth marching band, and I help out at a Rainbows unit.I love to read, educate myself, paint, knit, plan travels, got to folk nights, listen to slam poetry, and sign petitions!

To kill a mockingbird, The princess bride, Bury my heart at wounded knee, To reach the clouds: my high wire walk between the twin towers, What is the what, Half the sky, The boy in the striped pyjamas, The man who broke into Auschwitz, Harry potter, Bad Men, A saint on death row.I love Studio Ghibli - Ponyo is my favourite, and It's all gone Pete Tong is an amazing film.I like any music that moves me to an emotional response, or teaches me stuff, such as Immortal technique, trance - especially Kevin and Perry soundtrack, K'naan, folk music, steel drums I could go on and on.

This is probably fairly obvious, but visiting the Grand canyon was just incredible, I cannot wait to go back.
