About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to let my chucks see the world before she passed on

ABOUT ME

i love indulging in ideas and concepts that make me question my stand. i secretly enjoy letting my brain be accustomed to things which are not so linear but, this does not mean that i am all-so-eccentric like that. in fact, i have the talent to perceive life and the world like children, always seeing the brighter, simpler things, as and when i needed to.

PHILOSOPHY

life is journey of self discovery.

Interests

i like walking in such nice weathers, silly conversations, going new places, seeing new things, laughing, reading, eating, partying, films and music.

Music, Movies, and Books

la haine, last life in the universe, science of sleep, everything's gone green, sympathy for lady vengeance, barbarian invasions, lost in translation, eternal sunshine, chanwook park, takashi miike, jun ichikawa, sogo ishii, kim ki duk, the wind-up bird chronicle, kite runner, bullet park, 1984, life of pi, kitchen, murakami, bukowski, sontag, do make say think, alias, styrofoam, solvent, fennesz, minimal, electronic, punk, dischord, constellation rec, morr music, anticon, suction rec, anything nice really.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

no one warned me about the traffic in hanoi. the streets are mad. fast moving vehicles, especially motorbikes and bicyles, are everywhere, from every direction imaginable, and, with the littlest amount of order. everyone and everything is everywhere, on the road and on the sidewalk, speeding, sauntering or parking. it took me a while to master the art of crossing eventually but humbly, as i do get occasional knocks on my arms, by the passing bikes, even on my last day there. nevertheless, despite the cacophony of bike horns and the street hawkers right to my hotel doorstep, it was one hella vacation worth remembering.
