ABOUT ME

Hi fellow travelers!

We are Sophie and Diego !

We are French and we are teachers in high-school in the hardcore suburbs of Paris. I teach English and Diego teaches Sports.

A year ago, I got back from a solo worldtrip during which I have traveled for 18 months and had some incredible experiences.

I used to be a ski instructor and I'm still very addicted to the white powder (not the one people sniff). I'm also a big fan of sailing, scuba-diving, horse-riding and paragliding.
I love anything that keeps my adrenaline level up high!

PHILOSOPHY

A good plan today is better than a perfect plan tomorrow!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I've been hosting quite a few people when I was still in Paris, then I left for a worldtrip and surfed many couches.
Now that I'm sedentary again, I'm ready to host people again!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I like to spend time with my hosts. To me, CS should not be associated to free accommodation.
I've had only good experiences as a host. Some people I hosted became real friends and I sure will see them again, someday, somewhere around the world!
Only good experiences crashing on people couches too ! I met great people.
I also met a lot of really cool people thanks to the groups. CS is not only about hosting or being hosted, it's about connecting to people!
