ABOUT ME

Default setting is quiet and introspective, but I have my crazy moments when the music and the vibe is right :) . I really love to be captured by something, usually the scenes of travelling or the monuments of the past. I want to be intrigued!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in empathy and being considerate and if necessary self-sacrificial: there's no denying that we are our own universes and consequently the most important person in our own lives, but this is also true for everyone else around us, and we should respect this. At the same time though I strongly believe in independence and can't stand when people are robbed of the right to make their own decisions.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Two recent travelling memories are from last summer in Ethiopia..stepping out on the balcony to see a blanket of cloud covering what should have been the gorgeous green hills BENEATH us in Lalibela in the northern Highlands. Another was on my last night in the capital where I heard before I saw a group of boys running down the street barefoot, tapping long sticks on the ground and chanting in rythm, it was really random and beautiful :). Ethiopia is great y'all GO!!
