I am a 24 year old Italian living in the UK since the past 4 years. I’m a freshly graduated Psychologist and am working part-time in hospitality. I am deeply passionate about anything related to Psychology (surprising, right?) as well as body language, which I have been learning about aside uni and part-time work. I am extroverted, open-minded and love getting to know new people and have conversations of any kind. At the same time, I also regularly need some “me time” and to be alone. I am clean and tidy, respectful and considerate and need my guest to be so too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I think it’s an ideal way to meet people, reduce travel spending while possibly getting to know a different culture.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked for half an hour in flip flops under a 40 degrees sun through a tortuous mountain route to reach an hidden beach with crystal clear water, but forgot most of my belongings in the car I parked far away. Decided to stay on the beach nevertheless, sunbathed on my own clothes and didn’t eat. When starved and thirsty, I headed back to the car via the tortuous route - where I lost my clothes left to dry over the backpack I was wearing. I ended up sunburnt, without shoes and clothes and still didn’t buy any for the rest of the day. I even wandered around town in those conditions. I never thought I would have been able to do so many wrong things in less than 24 hours, but here I go

What I Can Share with Hosts

Anything they like, really. I can show them around Brighton and, being London within easy reach, we might even spend a day there. I do not own a car but public transports walk well and most places are within walking distance!
