ABOUT ME

Hi,my name is Sofia, i was born in Angola, but i was raised in Portugal (Lisbon) ! I love both of my countries and my cultures! Im nice (plp say so I believe!) and I like to sing and dance,im psychologist. I love people and his manifestations, I’m a traveler not a tourist , now im a clínical psychologist in Luanda city (not easy) I used to be a volunteer in a humanitarian institution! I love to be alive most of the time and our wonderful world !

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in Love and Tolerance, i believe in respect and beauty! I trully believe we are all part of something beautiful and perfect, we are all One. And if we are open to learn with eachother we ll all be really rich and in peace. I believe the difference as a source of creativity, the more we mix (ideas, smells, colors, sounds...)the richer we will be! Respect, tolerance, no judgment and music!

I like semba, fado, morna, afrojazz, mpb (bossa nova) samba, soul, blues, jazz...! Favorite book is from a brasilian writter Jorge Amado : capitaes da areia.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Be a volunteer for 2 years travelling, learning, teaching in fancy schools and refugee camps and slums :)

Thats exactly my philosofy, learn, teach and share, we all have something to share even if is not good for the other we always learn.
