Hey, I´m Sofie from Chemnitz, Germany. Right now I live in Bamberg, because I´m doing a voluntary social year here as a stone carver. I like to work with my hands, because than at the end of the day you can actually see what you achieved.

I´m a huge fan of travelling, because I believe while travelling you´re not just discovering new places, but also youself. I love to get in touch with new people and cultures.

I love to visit new places and to learn more about different cultures. To my mind you can learn way more about the culture while spending time with natives, than in a 5-star-all-inclusive Hotel (which I also propably can´t effort).
Also I like to get in touch with new people and maybe find some new friends.

For that reasons Couchsurfing is to me the best opportunity.
