ABOUT ME

I am a single mother of two beautiful girls and I have a successful career as a software engineer/ consultant. I grew up in Taiwan but has been in the US for 20 years. I am fluent in both Chinese and English.
I completely enjoy the traveling experiences, even before I leave the house - the planning process, the excitement, the unpredictibility and everything. Almost every kind of experience is good experience in my book.

PHILOSOPHY

I am usually very focused but I multi-task a lot and that makes me a little forgetful. Despite of that, I usually operates on a higher gear than other people; if you know what I mean.

What brings me the biggest satifaction in life is to see other people positively impacted by me, whether they are family, friends, coworkers, clients, or a stranger.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had hosted someone in my house and met another traveler for dinner. Had yet to couch-surf myslef but looking forward to it.

Interessi

In terms of hobbies other than traveling, I am passionate about photography, cooking, movies, and books, even though I don't have much time for the last two. My daughter was asked: if the house cought fire and your mom can only say 3 items, what will she save? Her answer is: her laptop, her camera, and a chef's knief brought back from Japan. She was right on, if we assume that my two daughters and dog do not count, of course. :-)
