ABOUT ME

I'm open, spontanoues and happy :)

PHILOSOPHY

I love learning... at the moment I can see myself studying and travelling for some more years :) <--- was what I wrote when I first filled in this profile in 2007. I guess it still holds true even though I am not officially studying anymore

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy making music together with other people... espacially latin and jazz
When I´m not playing the flute, I whistle permanently
...I like listening to various types of music... rock, jazz, oldies, progressive metal, classical music. just everything interesting, remarkable, intensive, diversified ...at best hand-made

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For my 17th birthday my parents gave me a skydice - to show me that I was already allowed to do all the exciting things I wanted ;) In the end I didn't do it before I turned 19 (not because I was scared... just a little distracted maybe) but still the experience was amazing.

When I was travelling in Vietnam and walking the streets of Saigon I passed by one of those groups of people sitting on tiny, colourful plasticchairs and they invited me to have a drink with them. None of us could speak the language of the other but we sat there for quite some time, passing from tea to some kind of "schnaps" and talking with hands and feet. Loved it :)

Living in Barcelona I really liked the process of learning spanish. Many small situations - when I got some cool part of a conversation, realized the meaning of a certain phrase or finally understanding my yoga-teacher - made me happy.
