About Me
"Home is wherever you are".
My name is Sol and I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm very passionate about poetry, music, photography and cinema.
I work as a freelance community manager and I'm a contributing blogger for Sophia Online's website. I have also edited two poetic travel journals in paperback.
I love to write, to seek for daily inspiration and to meet new people and new places.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
Indie, folk, inspiring music. I'm currently doing some research on female writers, and I'm particularly interested in travel journals and diaries. Some of my favorite authors are Anaïs Nin, Clarice Lispector, Luisa Valenzuela, Leila Guerriero, Julio Cortázar, Walt Whitman, Milan Kundera.
I'm a big fan of cinematography, french cinema, english comedies and independent films. Some of my favorite film directors are Richard Linklater, Cameron Crowe, Terrence Malick, Jean-Luc Godard and Christophe Honoré, among others.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'm about to begin my first solo travel through Europe.
Teach, Learn, Share
Eager to learn, always. I love to learn new languages and to dive into new cultures. I enjoy sharing books and readings, long conversations, and a nice cup of coffee (more than one, depending on the topic).
What I Can Share with Hosts
A poetic view of the world and stories from the places I've visited. I'm always eager to help around the kitchen and to share long talks and walks around the cities.
