I am a new member. I am a lawyer and professor but am also the mother of three young women with whom I want to travel this summer. We will be at our first experience of couch surfing : I want to teach my daughters that travelling does't mean braking the bank and also that you can meet great people, one of the things I cherish from my past trips. Since I am new and don't have any references yet, feel free to ask, we can talk on skype or other before accepting for my request in staying at your home.
