HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Am currently chasing the horizon, both professionally and spiritually. I'll get there one day, but not too soon I hope, after all life is a journey not a destination.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Was introduced to CS in 2009 whilst backpacking around Eastern Europe. Since then I've met and shared some great times with some great people in some great places :)

Interests

Anything that keeps me outdoors, on, in or under the water or up a mountain..... Love the rain.

Music, Movies, and Books

A little of everything..... Aerosmith to ZZ Top. Buddha Bar to Kravitz. Love military history books, particularly fond of Bernard Cornwell. Autobiographies that inspire, Winston Churchill for example was a lion amongst men and a true inspiration. Just finished Sir Ranulph Fiennes' autobiography, which taught me never to quit! Movies... Anything directed by Guy Ritchie or has Simon Pegg in it.. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen ordinary people doing extraordinary things, often in the most trying of circumstances. The human spirit is truly an amazing thing indeed.

Im a SCUBA Instructor. Boat driver and Sea Survival/Maritime Security instructor. Im the guy you want around when your plane hurtles into a mountain or your ship is attacked by pirates......
