ABOUT ME

I'm not in a hurry to grow up, settle down, and do what society may expect of me. I've chosen a unique path for myself with all my talents and shortcomings and life has been good to me just about every step of the way. I find that I live in luxury in the sense that I get to enjoy things on a daily basis which a lot of people may not be able to, none of which are material. I feel privileged and I'm very thankful to be able to live my life as I do.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in a shared apartment on two floors right downtown Québec City. :) Given that we don't need that much space all to ourselves most of the time, we're more than happy to share it with travellers. We love hosting and I love cooking! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been around for some time but just not always in a position to host. I've had the chance to surf in various places (see references) and it's been fantastic every step of the way!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

There are incredible coincidences in life, like stumbling upon a friend I met in Taiwan while changing trains in Germany in the middle of nowhere, or meeting a nephew of my mom's best friend while marching for the CSD in Dresden. I've discovered to many awesome things since I moved here and eventually really started to understand what it means to live and what it's all about for me.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I've been working with more modern so-called brain-friendly teaching and learning methods for foreign languages and love talking about it! Languages can be sooo easy, even the most ,difficult' languages!

Oh and I LOVE to cook! Ideally asian and always vegan but don't worry, no chance of winding up with something bland in your plate (o;
