I am fun, positive, and social. I love meeting new people (and other animals), one-on-one and in groups.

I recently transitioned from a full-time career doing individual, couple, family and group therapy, to becoming a part-time transformational coach and group facilitator. I'm thrilled that this shift is allowing me to travel more -- exploring more of the world and gathering new experiences and connections.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Having just shifted careers and having more time to travel, I'm happily back to couchsurfing. I especially like making personal connections with local people and other couchsurfers. I look forward to improving my Spanish and French along the way.

I plan to host people starting later this year, once I set up my guest room. In the meantime, I'm happy to meet travelers to Toronto.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a wonderful experience couchsurfing in Denmark and Norway in 2009.

I have been loving doing improv for the past several years. I also really enjoy the arts and exploring new communities and places. I savor adventure and diverse experiences.

I enjoy many genres of music, such as jazz, classical and music that I can dance to.

My taste in movies and books is also eclectic, but I gravitate toward ones that are inspiring and uplifting.

I would love to practice my Spanish and French more. In Toronto I'd be happy to take visitors to improv shows and drop-in sessions, and can recommend or go with folks to my favourite vegetarian restaurants and museums.
